Candidates may conduct a job interview via the Services, which may include information about their work history, skills, experience, abilities, work style, and other responses to questions, as well as submissions via a variety of media formats, including video/audio interviews, coding challenges, and training exercises.
Automatically collected data
When you use the Services, we may automatically collect some information from your device. This information may be deemed personal information under relevant data protection legislation in some countries, including those in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. This information may include, but is not limited to, IP addresses, other unique device identifiers or addresses, web browser and/or device type, the pages you see on the Services, and the dates and times you visit, access, or use the Service.
Some of this information may be gathered via the use of cookies and other tracking technologies.
Data Retention

Carriers are not responsible for delayed or missed communications, and messaging and data fees may apply to Mobile Messages you send or receive. The frequency of messages is determined by the activity. If you have any issues regarding your text/data package, contact your wireless carrier. We shall help the Potential Employer in responding to your request, as instructed by them and in line with the terms of our agreements with them.
Potential Employers & Third Party Services
The Website and Services may include references and connections to Potential Employers and third-party websites and services. Any personal information you send to third-party websites or services (including interactions between Candidates or Employees and Potential Employers via the Service) is sent directly to the third-party and is subject to the third-privacy party’s and security rules. We are not responsible for the content, privacy and security practices and policies, or other content on third-party websites or services to which the Service provides connections. Job Applicants
If you are a job applicant (“Candidate”) or an employee (“Employee”) utilizing our Services on behalf of one of our clients (the “Potential Employers”), we will collect and use your personal information on their behalf. In certain instances, we operate as a data processor, collecting and processing your personal information on their behalf and pursuant to their instructions. 6. To process billing, subscription management, recordkeeping, and related business operations for employer customers.
7. To comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, enforce our agreements, and protect our legal interests.
