Log into your dashboard, select “Create Interview,” add your questions, and share the interview link with candidates.

You can include video, and  multiple-choice questions. Most managers use open-ended prompts to evaluate communication, motivation, and role-fit.

No, the system is designed to be similar to a real interview where you do not have access to those. 

That is completely up the the hiring manager, however we typically see interview that consist of 5 to 10 video questions which take 10-15  minutes to complete.

Employers use one-way interviews to learn more about you early in the process. It’s an efficient way to introduce yourself and showcase your fit for the role.
